Received Friday, 9.30 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 3. The Committee of Ministers of the Council of E'urope met today under the chairmanship of the Danish Foreign Minister, M. Gustav Rasmussen. to consider the agenda, which is believed to consist of the following: — Firstly, the election of new members, particularly Western Germany and the Saar. • Secondly, economic relations between the council's member States and their collective economic relations with other countries.
