Received Friday, 9.5 a.m. CAIRO, Nov. 3. Hussein Siray Pasha formed a new Cabinet less than two hours after his resignation. It has to be approved by King Farouk before it becomes official. All members of the Cabinet are non-party statesmen. According to informed sources, Cabinet will act as caretaker for the Government until the general election, which is expected to be held early next year. The Cabinet which resigned today was a four-party Coalition. It was formed last July "to alleviate tension among the parties and prepare the way for fair and healthy elections."
