More Rain In October Than In September
►— Compared with the amount of rain which feJ in Levin during September, there was a definite increase in the rainfall recorded in Qctober. During the month rain fell on 17 days with a total fall of 3.89 inches, as compared with 4.49 inches during the correspondihg period last year. The rainfall for the year to date is 37.62 inches and for the same period last year 39.1 inches. For the first three days of November the fall is .76 inches. ■
