MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED IN COLLISION WITH CAR
NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 2. Throvvn heavily to the ground when his motoreyele struck the back of a motor car at New Plymouth tliis afternoon, Mauri ce A'ickers, aged 19, died upon his admission to hospital. His skull was fractured. It was raining liard at the time of the accident which occurred as Mr. Ernest Allan Brooking was baeking his car on to the roadway from his residential entrance. ATr. Vickers was a locomotive fireman in the employ of the Railway Departnient. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Vickers, of Pungarehu.
