WELLINGTON, Oct. 19. A handful of Wellington watersiders is undergoing a two-day penalty after being dismissed for being absent from the job or for unanthorised spelling 1 yesterday and today. Wlien a watersider is dismissed he must undergo two full days' penalty before being re* j engaged, so that those dismissed today I will not obtain work until Monday.
