PALMERSTON N., Oct., 17. An unusual delay oecurred iu the Supreme Court this morning when Mr. Justice Smith adjourned the only criminal case of the session hecause accused appeafed at the Bar too intoxicate'd to plead, or in fact to stand for more than very short periods. The case was one in which Arthur Pishef was charged with receiving stolen goods.
