Plunket Mothers' Club
The last two bi-monthly meetings of the Plunket Mothers' Cliib have been well attended. Mrs. W. Neas was in the chair. At the first Mrs. H. O. Curtis demonstrated methods of placihg and cutting materials to the best advantage. Different types of materials and styles 'had been chosen by individual membefs wishing to avail themseives of the assistance of Mrs. Curtis. The club funds benefitea as a result* a nominal charge being made for the privilege extended. Mrs. C. H. Rathbone was speaker at the second meeting and she dealt with Iceland and the fiords of Norway, places which she had visited in a tour some years ago. Photographs and mementoes of interest served adequately to illustrate the talk.
