Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 11. The Associated Press' Belgrade correspondent says that Yugoslavia today reported that Albanian soldiers "shot in the back and kibed" oue of Marshal Tito's border patrolrnen four days ago. The Yugoslav Ministry of Foreign Aflairs has sent a formal protest to the Albanian Legation here, terming the kiliing as "calculated and criminal murder." Marshal Tito himself is presiding over the Foreign Ministry in the absence of the Foreign Minister, Mr. Eduard Kardelj, who is in New York attending the United Nations G' nrral Assembly. Che protest reminded Albania that Yugoslavia more than a month ago sought without success the forma'ion of a joint commission to inve.v igate and prevent border incidents.
