Ballroom Dancing Title To Christchurch Couple
CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 6. A Christchurch couple, W. McGavock and Miss Shirley Maybiiry, won the New Zealand bahroom dancing championship last night; and will represent New Zealand at the Australia-New Zealand championships in Sydney in Deeember. R. Romanas and Miss Julie Connor (Wellington) were second, and C. Rowe and Miss O. Winneker (Auckland) third.
