Claim For Repayment Of Very Large Sum
___ LONDON, Oe. 4. A writ for the repayment of nearly £500,000, has been taken out by a firin of London solicitors on behalf of the Nizam of Hyderabad, against his former Finance and Foreign Minister, the Nawab Moin Nawa? Jung now at Lake Suecess. ^ Aecording to the ease for the Nizam, the Nawab Moin was entrusted with a total of over £431,000, this being -placed in a joint»account held by the Nawab Moin and Mr Zahir Ahmad, secretary of the Hyderabad External Affairs Department. The Nizam now^ requires repayment to himself of this sum.
