French Plan For Economic Problems
• — UA,. Reqeived' Monday. 10 a.m. !l'BARIS, October 2. France will submit her proposals on tbe eurrent economic and monetary problems to the Organisation for European Economic Cooperation on Octo,ber 27, the Finance Minister, M. Maurice Petsche, announced tonight. He said that he would submit a memorandum on the consequences of devaluation and proposals for European economic co-operation.
