AUCKLAND, Sept. 27. _ Details of th& steamor Hualalai, which was recently purchased in Honolulu by the Anchor Line for use in the Wellington to Nelson service, were given by the Buperintending engineer for the line, Mr. Gr. Cunningham, when he returned from Hawaii by air. The ship had a speed of 14 to 15 knots, Mr. Cunningham said, and waa 3088 tons gross.
