Receivefi Tuesday, 10.25 a.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 27. ' A conference of Stave Premiers will today consider the seizure cf hoarded petrol stocks, said the Victorian Premiei', Mr. Hollway. He said the State Governments believed that ^'petrol hogs" were hoarding large stocks of petrol in anticipation of the reimposition of petrol rationing. The Victorian State Minister said that the conference would probabiy agree to a ticke„t rationing scheme, whieh the Commonwealth would adminisLer and finance. Under the scheme Motor--ists would probabiy get ten per cent less petrol than under the orevious scheme. • The controls would probabiy ' operate from November 1. All the State Governments except Victoria have agreed to the transfer of their rationing powers to the Commonwealth Government; Victoria proposes to administer its own rationing parallel with the Commonwealth scheme, but will not transfer its powers.
