Woman Doctor's Charge.
The" care and treatment of mentally undeveloped children is the life-work of Dr. L. M. Hodgkinson, an Atistralian woman who is director of the Sunshine Home, Sydney— the only one of its kind in Australia and New Zealand. Dr. Hodgkinson arrived at Auckland in the Aorangi yesterday morning on her way to the United Statas, where she wiH study latest developments in the care of subnormal children. Returninjg home after training in America, Dr. Hodgkinson, seeing the need for an institution, founded the home. From a small initial roll the school has grown.
