Received Thurstlay, l p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 21. The United States Secr.etarv of State, Mr. Acheson, today appeaJed to Russia for cooperation in solving international problems. He i 'd the major problems which pressed on the world could not be solved by national action alone but recpiired common action in the common public interest. Mr. Acheson urged Russia to reverse its previous position on the Greek (piestion and join in seekingBa settlement of the problem.
