NEW YORK, Sept. 21. The United Nutions' Balkan Commission, in a report. called on the General Assembly today to condemn Albania as tlie chief threat to peaee in tlie Balkaus and to reuew its demand, that Albania and Bulgaria " cease fortliwitli" their aid to Greek guerrillas. The report called attention to the fact that Yugoslavia had closed its frontier with Greece. it was also noted that Greek regulars had eliminated guerrilla resistance along the northern lTontiers and a large proportion of the jiaitisans liad "souglit refuge in or iieeu foreiblv takou into tlie territory of Greece 's northehi neiglibours, parlieularly Albania."
