To Be Charged Before United Nations
Eeceived Tuesdav 7 p.m. NEW YOEK, Sept. 19. TTnited States today told Rulgaria, Hungary and Eumania that they would bo charged before IJnited Nations with having violated human rights. The State Department said Notes had been sent to the threo nations. These alleged that the religious and political trials violated the peace treaty obligations. The Notes also denounoed the nations' refusal to allow commissions to investigate charges. Offioials said they underjStood Britain and Franee were taking leimilar steps.
