PARIS, Sept. 19. Eighteen peonle wero killed today whpn a French Air Force bomber crashed while landirig at Brazzaviiie, in French Equatoriai Africa. Among the victims was Dr. G. J. Stefanopoulos, chief of yeHow fever section at the Pasteur Institute in Paris.
