EXCHANGE RATES UNCHANGED
WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. The Reserve Bank has announced that the rates of exchange between New Zealand and the United Kingdom and between New Zealand and Austraiia are unch^nged. The new telegraphic transfer rates with the United States are: Buying, 2.7991 equals one pound New Zealafrd;' selling, 2.7586 equals one pound New Zealand. Other rates will be announced as soon as they are available.
