Good Prices At National Jersey Sale
HAMILTON, Sept. 15. The first day of the national Jersey bull show and sale at the Claudelands showgrounds was the most successful for several years. The top price of the day was 300 guineas paid for an entry from Dr. Geo. Walker, of Whangarei, whose line of seven bulls averaged 182 guineas. The 71 bulls sold during the day made the very satisfactory average of £104.
