Meeting Of Ohau Women's Division
The September meeting of the Ohau branch of the Women's Division of Federated Fajrmers wts held. recently, Mrs. J. A. Kilsby- presiding. It was decided that parcels for Britain should be packed on September 26. A most interesting and eomprehensive report was submicted by Mrs. Kilsby on the division conference, held in Wellington recently. A demonstration of floral work by Mrs. R. W. Eva,ns was very much appreciated in view of the flower show on October 13. It was mentioned that there would be classes for decora- : tive work, cut blooms and a children's section for floral work and cookery. A. special prize donated by Mrs. Dittmer for a competition was won by Mrs. Burtt. A dainty afternoon tea was served by the hosiesses, Mesdames Dittmer, Fanning and Hudson, adding much to the enjoyment of the meeting.
