All Blacks Due Back On October 13
WELLINGTON, Sept. 12. The All Blacks will remain in Wellington on October 13, the day of their arrival from South Africa by the Dominion Monarch and disperse to their homes the following day. This was decided by the exeeutive of the New Zealand Eugby Union at its meeting at Wellington this afternoon. The New South Wales Eugby Union confirmed October 3 to 10 as dates for the Eugby conference to be held in Svdney. New Zealand will be rdpresented by two members of the council, the ehairman, Mr A. St. C. Belcher, and Mr F. E. Sutherland, of Auckland. It was reported that th§ New Zealand team for the second Test" against Australia at Auckland on September 24 [would probably be announced on Wed- ' nesday night. I Adviee from Hamilton stated that the i Australian fullback, Brian Piper, who j was injured in a fall at Whakatane, ■ will not b'e rejoining the Australian team until just before the Test at Auckland. iTe is at present the guest of Mr D. S. B. Heather, of Hamilton, a member of the council of the N.Z.E.U.
