Received Sundav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 10. The Home Secretarv has recommended the reprieve of Leopard Jack Thomas whose execution was scheduled for September 15. While Thomas was servincr a sentenee of sevep years for wounding his wife, she died. He was then tried, convie.ted and senteneed tn death for murder. The Court of Crirainal Apeal rejeeted his appeal against eonviction and his application for the case to go to the House of Lords vrae later refused.
