Punahau beat Awahau 6-0 on Saturday and* now share top place with Athletic in the junior championship, eaeh having 26 points. The Horowhenua union. having decided that the PunHhau-Wanderers game of the previous week be replayed because the official referee was unable to attend, and the game had been controlled by-a volunteer,' this must now be finalised before it Will be known whether Athletic and Punahau will have to play .off for the championship honours.
