Tlie Htate Department said tlie Soviet demands for economic advantages at A"ngosIavia 's expense. exceeded the yirincijdes agreed on by tlie Pig Four Foreign Alinisters. Tn tlie controvorsy over dennan assets in Austria, the Russians wero trying to keep war bootv whieh thev liad previouslv agreed to reliuquish. In addition tlie Soviet now wanted a greater share of Austria 's oil reftniug eapacity and oi 1 1 exploration areas. The eonference on Austria ended in London yesterdav with the question ot a further meeting in doubt.
