Aero Clubs Confer.

The role of aero cluhs ifi-the scheme for active' reserve training was spot-lighted at a canference of aero club chief instructors which opene'd at Ohakea Air Station Tuesday. The conference was called by the Air Department and during proceedings it was announced that some 70 former R.N.Z.A.F. flying instructors have been selected for training in the active reserve and another 30 will be selected within the next few weeks. Training wiH •begin in a month or two.
