LONDON, August 29. British United Press Belgrade observers expect critical developments this week in the Kusso- Yugoslav conflict. An important announcement from Cominform military chiefs meeting in Sofia, is awaited. It was confirmed during the weeeknd that the Russians have been moving troops — believed to include three mechanised divisions — from Rumania tc positions along the Hungarian-Yugoslav frontier. The armour is reported to be concentrated around Szeged, a Hungarian town in the plains from which a good road rans to Belgrade along one of the classic- invasion routes into Yugoslavia.
