NEW OFFICERS ELECTED
DUNEDIN, August 25. At the annual conference of the New Zealand Basketball Assoeiation now being heid in Dunedin, the Wellington Assoeiation 's nomination tliat Canterbury should be the new headcpiarters of the New Zealand enecutive, was accepted. Mrs B. Lane was appointed New Zealand president, Mrs J. D. Cairney, secretary and Miss I. Weston, treasur^r. The retiring president, Mrs H. D. Muir, and retiring treasurer, Miss M. , E. Armstrong, were elected life members.
