Received Friday, 11.56 a.m. MILBOURNE, Aug. 26. The Premier, Mr. T. Holloway, says that the reintroduction of petrol rationing in Victorla is alnmst. certaiii"' New South Wales. Government officials believe that the reimposition of petro.l rationing in Australia depends on 'the attitude of the Victorian Government. In Perth, Mr. Chifley said the Federal Government wanted a return to rationing only. as a tem-. porary . measure. ~
