Wreckage Of R.C.A.F. Plane Found
Received Wednesday, 10.27 a.m. OTTAWA, Aug. 23. A search plane today found the wreckage of a two-engined R.C.A.F. trnnsoort nlane which has beenmissing in Northern Manitoba with 21 person*; aboard. An R.C.A.F. anPouncement said that there was no sign nf life aboard the transnort which had crashed and burned 250 miles nnrth-east of Winnipsg. A paratroop rescue leam is proceeding to the sceneof the crash using three amphibious planes.
