WELLINGTON, Aug. 19. The Minister of Finance (Mr. aash) commenting on the above , eable tonight, said that it appeared to him that a reasonable atmosphere was graduallv prevailing which would probablv help the talks to be productive and beneficial to the sterling area and in- 1 ternational trade.
