New Labour Party Branch Formed
A recent meeting saw an enthuslastic attendance of supporters agree to form a new branch of the Labour Party. It will be fcnown as the Otaki Railway-Te Horo branch. Officers eleoted are as follows: — President: Mr. A. D. Webster; vicepresident: Mr. D. Murphy; secre-tary-treasurer: Mr. J. McKeen; executive: Messrs R. Henderson, W. Rzepecky and E. Allmand, and Mesdames D. Webster, W. Tweed E. Fox and A. Grant. The meeting * was addressed by Mr. R. McKeen, M.P., and at the conclusion all present agreed to do all in their power to assist in the return of the Labour candidate for the Otaki seat.
