tersonal Mr. and Mrs. D. Dinnison, of Otaki, are on holiday, visiting Auckland an'd northern districts. . Mr. and Mrs. Neil Eager, oi Tasman Beach, leave today for Sanson, where the latter has accepted a position. . Mr. W. M. Simcox, of Bell Street, after an extended stay in Lewisham Hospital, has returned home and is now reported to progressing satisfactorily. Mr. Des. Hurley, an ardent supporter of .the Otaki Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club, has accepted a position in New Plymouth and leaves at the end of the week for his new sphere. Ambulance Overhauled. . Otaki's ambulance has recently been thoroughly overhauled, and mechanical repairs and replacements effected. Of 1936 vintage, this rather venerable vehicle has served the distriet faithfully and ijvell, toeing on call throughout practically 365 days a year. A coat of paint would be the means of lmproving the appearance of the Vehicle, which should now be good for a few more hundred thousan'd miles. ___________
