NEW ZEALAND TEAM TO PLAY HOROWHENUA
» WELLINGTON, August 17. The New Zeaiand Eugby team to play Horowhenna at Levin on September 1, was announced tonight. The match will be the final trial for the selection of the New Zeaiand team to play Australia. The team'is: Fullback: G. J. Moore (Otago). Wing three-quarters: W. Argus (Canterbury) and J. McLean (Auckland) ; centre, J. B. Smith (North Auckland.) Second five-eigths, R. Bodson (Auckland) ; first five-eighths, B. Couch (Wai.rarapa). Half-back: V. Bevan (Wellington). Back row forward, D. Carlton (Taianaki); side row, A. Blake (Wairarapa;, R. Stuart (Canterbury) ; locks, E. White I (Poverty Bay)., E. Bryers (King ' Country) ; front row, W. Munn (Bul'ler), A. M. Hughes (Auckland), H. Wilson (Otago). Eeserves: Backs, J. McKenzie (Southland), J. Kelly (Auckland) ; forwards, N. Dalzell (Canterbury), W. Lunn (Otago).
