MASTERTON, Aug. 17. Pleading not guilty to a charge .of having broken into the premises of Woolworths, Ltd., Masterton, and having eommitted theft on July 4, Archibald Walter Banks, a chemist, and Brian Douglas Banks, a labourer, both of Wehington, were eommitted to the Supreme Court at Wellington for trial when they appeared at Masterton in ihe Magistrate's Court yesterday.
