The Austrian Minister for Tnterior, Mr Tlelmer, accused Russia of starting new large scale dismantbng operations in Russian controlled Austrian factories. savs the Daily Telegraph 's Yienna co'-respondent. In one of the most outspoken attaeks against Soviet occupation poliey ever made bv an Austrian Minister. Mr TTelmer warned that if the Russians contiuued to remove maciiinerv from these factories, the Austrian Government wouid refuse to pay Russia £37,500,000 compeusation fixed by the Foreign Ministers' 'eonference in Paris for former " German. assets. " in Austria. Mr Belmor spoke at Wiener Neustadf which i.s in the Russian Zone south of Vienna.
