BIG PROFITS FROM TESTS
Received Tuesday 7 p.m. LONDON, August 9. The News Chronicle says that a nett profit of £50,000 is likely to be returned by the four ericket Tests against New Zealand. Practically all reserved accommodation for the fourth Test has already been sold and only a few seats are ieft for the last day. Allowing for about £2000 in entertainraent tax and about £2000 for expenses, the forthcoming Test at the Oval should alone return a profit of at least £12,000.
