WELLINGTON, Aug. 9. Airways services were all on sche'dule this morning except tfiose serving Napier, where the aerodrome is unusuable through surface water. As Milson aero.drome is under surface water, all Palmerston North arrivals and departures were from ihe R.N.Z.A.F. field at Ohakea.
