A. & P. Association Officers Nominated
Nominations for officers of the Horowhenua A. and P. Association have now been received by the secretary, Mr. J. E. Fullarton. As there are three nominations for the two vacancies of vice -president and 28 (less the two successfut vicepresidents) for the 25 seats on the general committee, an election will be necessary in each case. The nominations received are as follows:— President: Mr. J. A. Kilsby (reelected unopposed) . Vice-presidents : Messrs J. Blenkhorn, R. L. Robinson and C. E. C. Webb (two reqhired). General committee: Messrs C. Adkin, C. H. Arcus, S. W. Barber, L. G. Bismark, J. Blenkhorn, P. R. Catley, L. Court, R. W. Evans, J. W. Gimble'tt, G. C. Knight, K. Knight, H. J. Kilsby, K. Kirkcaldie, H. J. Lancaster,. W. S. Long, A. R. Macfiarlane, F. O. Malcolm, H. H. Marsh, Rex Mexted, J. M. Morgan, W. Moynihan, W. Mudford, J. H. Mungavin, J. J. Procter, R. L. . Robinson, A. M. Scott, W. M. Williams and C. E. C. Webb (25 required) . The association's annual meeting takes place in the Gddfellows' Hall at 8 p.m. at which the election will be conducted.
