Auckland Wins First Prize In Art Union
WELLINGTON, AUgust 3. The "Cats Are I/ucky" art union was drawn at' Wellington this morning; The prineipal prizes were won as follows:— First prize, £2000: 114872, "Dog's Life," Auckland. Second prize, £500; 43205, "Willie," Stratford. Third prize, £250: 58230, 'Tor Luck," 77 Onepu Road, Wellington. Fourth prize, £150: 193749, "SmUtty Black Baby," Gisborne butt. Fifth prize, £100; 27120, Mrs. K. King, Waipounamu, Gore.
