Music Club Sponsors Junior Evening

An evening for juniors was sponsored recently by the Levin Music Club. The president, Mrs. Allen, welcomed members and visitors. She said it was gratifying to the club to have such' a large audience and the future was very bright with so many young people interested. An excellent programme was provided a,t the conclusion of which supper was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Guinan and Routley. The programme was as follows: — Pianoforte solos: Judith Todd, May Laing, Janice Palmer, Diana Rathbone, Fan Wong Shee, Pamela Worsfold, Pat Rolfe" and Donald and John Avery. Vocal solos: Bill Taylor and Alan ah'd Brian Collett. Pianoforte duet-s: Beryl Satherley and Pamela Worsfold, Nan and Pfue Robbie and Lillian and Lois Dittmer. Recita'tions: Fleur HaJey and Robyn Thornley. Cornet solos: John Simpson and Peter Knox. Quartette: W. Small, J. Harrison, P. Knox and J. Simpson.
