AUCKLAND, August 1. Special telegraph circuits have been arranged by the Department for some offices so that deputy returning pfficers can communicate direct with their eleetoral returning officer. It will take something like a quarter of a million words to tell the Chief Elnctoral Officei progress and final results of the refer end utu on eompulsorv military trainui- • on Wednesday.
