(To the Editor) Sir, — The letters which appeared in Friday evening's issue of "The Chronicle" on the choice of the fourth grade rugby representative tearn for Horowhenua were written, I feel sure, with the best of intentions. I must, however, dissociate the Horowhenua College from them. It is our policy that the decision of a se-ector, like that of a referee, shoffid be accepted without question, — Yours, etc.,
