LONDON, July 20. John George' Haigh, the "vampire ldller" today occupies the condeinned cell at Wandsworth gaol.He will be guarded day and night ny two warders, part of a team of six on special duty. They must vvateh every move he makes. Haigh will take his daily hoqr exercise in a seeluded part of the.prison yard— three-quarters of an hour during luneh, while the other prisoners are. 111side, and the rest at tea time.
