"Rogues' Regiment' is heralded as a fast-paced adventure fihn with a story that parallels the hunt by military intelligence units for Martin Bormann, last of the highranking Nazi war criminals still not brought to trial for wartime atrocities. The Universal-International picture will open on Thursday at the Regent Theatre. Dick Powell portrays the leading role of an American Army officer who leads the searc'h for Bormann, called Bruner in the fllm. Marta Toren, Swedishbom beauty who made her screen debut in "Casbah," and Vincent Price are other stars of the fllm. Stephen McNaUy, vital new personality from the stage, enacts the Nazi fugitive.
