Successful Greyhound Meetings
The initial meeting of * Rahui Greyliound" Racing ' Club, held at the weekend, proved most successful. A large crowd attended and many thrilling finishes ='were witne'ssed. • - - j Mr. J. Bayliss, president of the i O'ympic Greyhound - Racing Club, ' ih declaring the meeting : officially open, stated that the National : Coursing Association, - the parent body, wished the new club every , success. The speaker paid tribute to the enthusiasm of local members, adding that their efforts were well rewarded in the" fine quality and numbers of entrants.
