LONDON, July 18.The grain agreement with.Rnssia to whieh the President of the Board. oi Trade, Mr Harold ' Wilson, referreci briefly during the debate in the llouse of Gommons on dollar euts, has, it is understood, been initialled but not yec signed. It provides for a supply or about 1,000,000 tons of Russian coarse , grains over a period of twelve months ; but it Is conditional upo-n a long term trading agreement being signed between the two countries. Prices have ; not been diselosed but are stated to be at ruling world rates. ' Last year Britain obtained 750,000 ■tons of eourse grain from Russia as part of a trading agreement signed be- ■ tween the two countries in 1047. Tne new agreement is intend'ed to be an ini terim measure whrch will- maintain BriIrain's supplies of animal feedin-g stuifs : wliile the long term agreement is under ' . discussion.
