Full History Of Nazi State Being Published
Received Monda3r, 7 p.m. LONDON, July 17. A full record of the development of 'the German National Soc.ialist Partv and of the rise of the German Nazi State between 193(5 and 1939 has been prepared as a result of researclies by a loint Britisli, American and French team of experts who have exaniined over 400 tons of ofificial documents taken from the arehives of the German Poreign Office. The record is to be published in the form of a book of 1200 pages, which will be the first of a mimber of volunies which will eventually trace the full history of Hitler's Germanv. The first eopies of the book have already appeared in the United States, but owing 1o publishing difficnlties the book is unlikely to be available in Britain for at least three months. Work began on the project three years ago. The second volnme is also almost ready, and preliminary work on the third is well advanecd. The editor-in-ehief of the series is General Sir 1 aines Marshall-Cornwall.
