Received Mondav, 10 a.m. STOCKHOLM, July 17. "A small bufc dangerous group of Swedes, who have sworn allegiance to a foreign power," would be a menace to Swedish freedom in the event of war, said' General Victor Jung, commander-in-chief of the Swedish armqd forces, in a speech today. General Jung added that effective measures must be taken in time to neutralise the "destructive activities of this fifth column."
