WELLINGTON, July 34. The first Labour member of Parliament to come out in the open on the piatform' in the cainpaigu against comonlsory military training, will be Air. F. Langstone, M.P (Roskill). He will ;peak in the Wellington Town Hall on Monday night at a meeting to be held under the anspices of the N.Z. Peaee and Anti-eonseription Federation. The ehairman will be Mr. P. C. P. McGavin, a Wellington solicitor who- unsuccessfully contested the Karori seat as a Labour candidate at the last General Eleetion. ■.
